Tinyormous is a storytelling platform dedicated to true and meaningful stories about small actions, decisions, moments, and acts of kindness that create lasting or unexpected impact.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tinyormous or submit content through the website.

If you are under the age required to legally consent to certain data-processing activities in your jurisdiction, permission from a parent or legal guardian may be required.

Tinyormous is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

3. Using Tinyormous

When editing a submission, we may make reasonable changes for grammar, clarity, formatting, length, readability, accuracy, privacy, safety, and consistency with the Tinyormous editorial style.

We will make reasonable efforts not to materially change the meaning of a contributor’s story.

5. Your Responsibility for Submitted Content

By submitting content to Tinyormous, you represent that:

The information you provide is truthful to the best of your knowledge
You created the content or have the necessary rights and permission to submit it
Your submission does not knowingly violate another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights
Your submission does not knowingly contain false or defamatory statements
You have appropriate permission to share private information about other identifiable individuals where required
Your submission does not contain unlawful, threatening, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited material

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information about yourself or others unless it is genuinely necessary and appropriate for the story.

Tinyormous may decline, edit, anonymize, or remove content that creates privacy, legal, safety, or editorial concerns.

6. Ownership of Your Story

You retain ownership of the original content you submit to Tinyormous.

Submitting a story does not transfer ownership of your original work to us.

However, by submitting content, you grant Tinyormous a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, format, publish, display, distribute, promote, archive, and create reasonable adaptations of that content in connection with Tinyormous.

This may include use on:

Tinyormous.com
Tinyormous social media accounts
Email newsletters
Promotional materials
Digital or printed story collections
Podcasts, videos, or other media
Community or editorial features
Future Tinyormous products or publications

This license allows us to operate, promote, preserve, and expand the Tinyormous storytelling platform while you continue to own your original contribution.

7. Names, Privacy, and Anonymous Stories

You may be given the option to submit a story using your name, a display name, or anonymously.

If information such as your name, location, or other identifying details is intentionally included within a story, those details may be publicly visible if the story is published.

Contact information provided for administrative purposes, such as your email address, will not be intentionally displayed publicly unless you specifically authorize us to do so.

8. Requests to Edit, Anonymize, or Remove a Story

If you submitted a story to Tinyormous, you may contact us to request:

Correction of inaccurate information
An update to your story
Anonymization of your identity
Removal of your submitted story

We will make reasonable efforts to honor legitimate requests.

Certain copies or records may remain where reasonably necessary for legal, security, administrative, archival, backup, or recordkeeping purposes. Content previously distributed through third-party platforms, search engines, social media, printed materials, or other channels may also remain outside our direct control.

9. Editorial and Researched Stories

Not every story published on Tinyormous is submitted directly by the person featured in it.

Tinyormous may independently research and write stories based on publicly available information, reputable journalism, historical records, interviews, public statements, and other sources.

When appropriate, we may identify or link to significant underlying sources.

Editorial stories are independently written for Tinyormous and are not intended to imply that the individuals featured in them submitted, endorsed, sponsored, or approved the Tinyormous version unless expressly stated.

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every third-party source or historical record is complete or error-free.

If you believe an editorial story contains a significant factual error or raises a legitimate privacy or rights concern, please contact us so we can review it.

10. Tinyormous Content and Intellectual Property

Except for contributor-owned content and third-party materials, the Tinyormous website and its original content—including its branding, design, logos, graphics, original editorial writing, organization, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Tinyormous and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may share links to Tinyormous stories and quote reasonable portions for purposes permitted by law, including commentary, discussion, or reference.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, systematically copy, or commercially exploit substantial portions of Tinyormous content without appropriate authorization.

While we may review, edit, research, or fact-check content, Tinyormous does not guarantee that every statement published on the website is complete, current, or error-free.

13. Prohibited Content
