Content Usage Agreement

1. Introduction

This Content Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) explains how Tinyormous (“we”, “our”, “the Website”) may use, display, edit, and distribute the stories and content submitted by users (“User Content”). By submitting content to Tinyormous, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. What Counts as User Content

“User Content” includes any material you submit to Tinyormous, including:

  • Written stories
  • Titles or captions
  • Images (if applicable)
  • Your name (optional)
  • Any personal details you choose to include

You may submit stories anonymously.

3. Your Rights as a Contributor

You retain full ownership of your story. Submitting content does not transfer copyright to Tinyormous.

  • Anonymous publication
  • Updates to your submission

4. License You Grant to Tinyormous

By submitting a story, you grant Tinyormous a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Include your story in newsletters
  • Use your story in future Tinyormous projects, including:
    • Books
    • Podcasts
    • Community features
    • Digital collections
    • Promotional materials

This license allows Tinyormous to use your content, but you still own it.

5. Editing and Moderation

Tinyormous may:

  • Edit submissions for readability
  • Correct grammar or formatting
  • Remove content that is harmful, hateful, illegal, or violates our Terms of Use
  • Decline submissions that do not align with the mission of Tinyormous

We will not change the meaning of your story.

6. Personal Information in Stories

If you include personal details (names, locations, experiences), they may be publicly visible unless you request anonymity.

We encourage you to avoid sharing sensitive information.

7. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that includes:

  • Hate speech
  • Harassment
  • Illegal activity
  • Copyrighted material you do not own

8. Removal of Content

We will remove the story within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Changes to This Agreement

Tinyormous may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated terms.
